Flexidream Lda respects your privacy and handles the personal data entrusted to it with rigour, transparency and security. This policy explains what data we collect on this website, what we use it for, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

- Flexidream Lda, NIPC PT508742951
- Rua da Gândarinha Nº 89, Fafião, 3700-847 Romariz, Portugal

Legal framework
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Regulation (EU) 2016/679, governs the processing of personal data and safeguards the right to the protection of such data. It applies to anyone who processes personal data of data subjects in the European Union, including customers, partners and employees. In Portugal, the supervisory authority responsible for overseeing the GDPR is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
What data we collect and for what purpose
Flexidream collects only the data strictly necessary for each purpose. This website does not sell products online and does not process payments. It works as a catalogue and as a channel for quotation requests.
Contact form
We collect your name, company, business email, telephone or mobile number, address, the quantities required, your investment capacity and the content of the message you send us. We use this data to respond to your request, answer questions and follow up commercially on the matter you have raised.
Quotation request
When you build a product list and submit a quotation request, we collect your company's identification and contact details, as well as the products, quantities and comments you provide. We use this information to prepare the commercial proposal and to contact you to clarify requirements and negotiate terms, lead times and quantities. Sending the request does not constitute an order and does not create any payment obligation.
Newsletter and commercial communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address to send you news, product information, campaigns and content we consider relevant. We undertake to communicate by email, telephone or SMS only with those who have given express consent, except where the information is essential to providing the service or following up on a request in progress. We do not send unsolicited mass mailings. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each communication or by emailing comercial@flexidream.pt.
User account
If you create an account on the website, we process your registration and authentication data, your company details and the history of lists and quotation requests associated with the account. The purpose is to allow you to access your private area, save product lists, follow up on previous requests and speed up new ones.
Browsing data
When you visit the website, technical data may be collected, such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages visited and the date and time of access. We use this information to ensure the website works properly and securely and to improve the experience of our visitors.
Legal basis for processing
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR): newsletter, marketing communications and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before that date.
- Pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract (point (b)): responding to quotation requests, preparing proposals, managing the user account and following up on the business relationship.
- Compliance with a legal obligation (point (c)): tax, accounting and other obligations imposed by law.
- Legitimate interest (point (f)): website security, prevention of misuse and day-to-day management of relationships with customers and partners.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal obligations. Data from quotation requests and enquiries is kept for as long as the business relationship or interest in the contact lasts. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until that consent is withdrawn. Data subject to tax and accounting obligations is kept for the period required by law before the Portuguese Tax Authority. Once these periods have ended, the data is deleted or anonymised.
Who we share your data with
Flexidream does not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for those third parties' own commercial purposes. Data may be processed, to the extent strictly necessary, by service providers acting as Flexidream's processors, namely:
- Website hosting and IT service providers.
- Email delivery and business contact management platforms.
- Carriers and logistics partners, where products are supplied.
- Accountants, legal advisers and public bodies, where required by law.
All processors are contractually bound to process data exclusively in accordance with our instructions and to ensure its confidentiality and security. Wherever possible, the information shared is kept to the strict minimum. Should a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area be necessary, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place under the GDPR.

- Essential cookies: necessary for the website to work, for navigation and for security. Without them the website does not work properly.
- Preference cookies: store your choices, such as the product list in progress, so you do not have to repeat steps.
- Analytics cookies: help us understand which pages are viewed most, on an aggregated, statistical basis (Google Analytics 4, managed through Google Tag Manager).
- Advertising cookies: allow us to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and show relevant ads (Meta Pixel, from Meta Platforms Ireland).
Analytics and advertising cookies are only activated if you click «Accept» in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time via the «Cookie preferences» link in the website footer.
Non-essential cookies are only placed with your consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time and you can also set your browser to block or delete cookies. If you do so, some features of the website may no longer be available.
Data security
Flexidream is aware that the data you entrust to us is important and non-transferable. We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure, including access control, encrypted connections and limiting the information shared with partners to the minimum necessary. Should unauthorised access posing a risk to your rights be detected, we undertake to inform you and to comply with the notification duties laid down by law.
Your rights
As a data subject, the law grants you the following rights:
- Access: know what data of yours we process and obtain a copy of it.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data.
- Erasure: request the erasure of your data when it is no longer necessary or when you withdraw your consent, without prejudice to data we are required to keep by law.
- Restriction of processing: request the suspension of processing in certain situations provided for by law.
- Portability: receive the data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used format, or request that it be transmitted to another controller.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest and, at any time and without needing to give reasons, to processing for direct marketing purposes.
- Withdrawal of consent: withdraw, where applicable, the consent given.
To exercise any of these rights, use our contact form or send an email to comercial@flexidream.pt. We may ask for proof of your identity before processing the request.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the competent supervisory authority in Portugal. We would nevertheless be grateful if you contacted us first, so that we can clarify or correct the situation.

This policy may be updated whenever justified by changes to the services provided or to applicable legislation. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update. We recommend that you consult it periodically.
