These General Terms of Use apply to all visitors to the flexidream.pt website. Browsing the website implies full acceptance of the following points.

The flexidream.pt website belongs to Flexidream Lda, a legal entity with NIPC PT508742951 and registered office at Rua da Gândarinha Nº 89, Fafião, 3700-847 Romariz, Portugal.

Purpose of the website

The purpose of this website is to showcase the products manufactured and sold by Flexidream Lda, from mattresses and divan bases to headboards, pillows, duvets and accessories, and to present its distribution, hotel and private label solutions.

There are no online sales

The website works as a catalogue and as a quotation request channel for professional customers. No online sales are made, no payments are accepted through the website and no orders are processed automatically.

Visitors may select products, build a list and submit a quotation request. This request is an invitation to make contact and does not constitute an order, a stock reservation or a binding contractual offer for either party.

Once the request has been received, Flexidream's sales team will get in touch to clarify requirements and present a proposal. Commercial terms, prices, quantities, production lead times, delivery and warranty are defined on a case-by-case basis in that proposal and in any contract or purchase order entered into outside the website.

Product information

Flexidream aims to keep the information on the website up to date and accurate. Technical descriptions, dimensions, compositions, certifications and images are for information purposes only and may be adjusted as a result of product development, available materials or the customisation requested by each customer. Images are for illustration purposes only and may differ in colour and texture from the final product. The binding information is always that contained in the approved commercial proposal.

Users undertake to provide true, complete and up-to-date information, to keep their login credentials confidential and to report any unauthorised use of their account immediately.
